The Lettings Market has had a hard twelve months, with a shortage of properties coming to the market. The increasingly strong residential sales market has inadvertently contributed to this, as landlords have decided to take advantage of the unprecedented demand in the Cotswolds, and sell properties they commonly let.

Pub of the Month - The Lamb Inn, Steep Hill, Crawley, Oxfordshire
The Lamb free house is an 18th Century country pub and restaurant just outside the West Oxfordshire market town of Witney. Located in the small village of Crawley, within very easy reach of the beautiful Cotswold countryside and villages. Blenheim Palace, Cornbury Park, Great Tew Estate and Oxford City are nearby.
