“The Cotswold property market remains buoyant with sales enquiries continuing to come in strongly, while the increase in the number of invitations from prospective sellers to value their properties is encouraging,” comments Sam Butler of Butler Sherborn, the Cotswolds property specialist.  “With Spring just around the corner, this is undoubtedly a very good time to sell,” he adds.

Lump Sum Exit Scheme details announced for England

The RPA have recently announced detail of the Lump Sum Exit Scheme details for England, as part of the Agricultural Transition Plan and phasing out of the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS). The Lump Sum will be available for those who claimed Basic Payment in 2018 or earlier, and any claimants who have inherited land or succeeded to an Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy after May 2018.
