Pub of the month - The Swan, Southrop
The Swan, Southrop is a well established pub, on the village green at the centre of the Cotswold village of Southrop, with a great reputation for excellent food. It dates back as far as 1606, when it was known as The Bake House and served pies and ale to local farm labourers.
