2023 was a mixed bag when it came to property market trends. The fallout from the mini budget extended into the start of the year. However, as inflation began to steadily fall, mortgage products improved and the year ended in a positive fashion.

Rural Land Sales – Review of 2023 and Outlook for 2024
As we enter a new year, we reflect on the rural land market in 2023 and look ahead to what is in store for land sales in 2024. There was very little land on the market in the first half of 2023, but that then improved as the year progressed with the overall amount being the highest since 2018, but still below levels from earlier in that decade.

Kick start 2024 with Life Coach - Cressida Landless. I started The Art of Happiness in 2016 after I had completed a post graduate course in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching. Rather than entering the corporate world as a leadership coach, I was drawn to working with individuals who were keen to reach their full potential.
