Newly converted properties & development opportunities in the Cotswolds

Butler Sherborn is currently marketing several new conversions of Cotswold stone buildings with previous uses, from a farmyard with barns to an old coaching inn.

Planning Changes to help Cotswold Farmers

Changes to permitted development rights came into force at the end of May improving opportunities for some farmers and estate owners to find alternative uses for their barns without the need to seek planning permission.

Pub of the Month - The Five Alls at Filkins

The Five Alls in Filkins has been taken over and fully refurbished. Formerly general manager of The Crazy Bear hotels and restaurant in Stadhampton, Tom took over The Five Alls in February this year and has since recruited general manager, Robert Wilks, and new head chef, Lucian Juganaru.
