The Five Alls in Filkins has been taken over and fully refurbished. Formerly general manager of The Crazy Bear hotels and restaurant in Stadhampton, Tom took over The Five Alls in February this year and has since recruited general manager, Robert Wilks, and new head chef, Lucian Juganaru.
